What you'll be doing:
As a Sales Engineer at Plugout, you'll bridge the gap between our sales and technical teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the sales team to identify and qualify customer needs and requirements.
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our security solutions.
- Designing and proposing tailored security solutions that address specific client challenges.
- Providing technical expertise and support through the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale.
- Collaborating with the product development team to relay customer feedback and market demands.
- Creating detailed technical documentation and proposals for prospective clients.
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of sales training for internal staff.
You're probably a match if you have:
- Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical pre-sales role, preferably within the security solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of security technologies and solutions, including network security, endpoint protection, and threat management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required.)
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales efforts.
