What you'll be doing:
As an Application Engineer at Plugout, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible solutions to meet their security needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Developing, testing, and implementing security solutions for clients.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for client applications.
- Assisting clients in the deployment and integration of security products.
- Conducting training sessions for clients and internal teams on the use of our solutions.
- Keeping up-to-date on the latest developments in security technologies to provide innovative solutions.
You're probably a match if you have:
- Proven experience as an application engineer, software engineer, or in a similar technical role, preferably within the security solutions industry.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages and software development practices.
- Experience with security technologies and solutions, including network security, endpoint protection and threat management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required.)
